Salad dressing; sweet relish, mayo, Dijon, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt/pepper.
Blossoms; remove stamens and wash, then stuff with a mixture of grated pecorino, goat cheese, bread crumbs, few tablespoons of half and half, salt/pepper, garlic, lemon zest. Batter is egg, corn starch, water, salt/pepper. Stuff, dip, fry, and sprinkle the flaky salt!
