graham cracker crust. fold 3c of fresh blueberries into blueberry filling. top with a layer of fresh blueberries.
bring to boil and mash :
- 2 c blueberries
- 2/3 c sugar
- 2 tbs corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Simmer for 5 min, add 2 tbsp. butter. rest in ice bath for 5 min.
fold in fresh berries. pour in crust. top with fresh berries. chill for 2 hours.
