Arugula salad with Roasted Tomato Orzo Casserole: "partially" cook gluten free orzo as instructed. Simmer chopped garden tomatoes in olive oil, butter, basil, and chopped garlic. Combine semi-cooked orzo and tomato love with Parmesan cheese to taste. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
