Slice cukes thin & uniform. Toss in chopped dill leaves, splash of vinegar and a pinch of salt. Place on trays and stick in dehydrator (or parchment-lined sheet pan in oven at 170F) for 3-4 hours or until completely dry. Crunch on immediately or stick in an air tight container.
