Whip together yogurt, lemon, & smoked rapeseed oil- dress slices red cabbage, radish, carrot, & red onion for a crunchy slaw and top with coriander and sesame seeds. Make a waffle batter and whip nduja through it while pork sausages colour in a griddle pan. Remove the sausages to a baking tray and warm then in the oven while you cook the waffle batter in the sausage fat in the griddle pan (and an extra dollop of butter!!!). When fluffy and brown, move to the oven with the sausages and char the corn in the same griddle pan. I PROMISE the whole thing takes less than 20 minutes!
