Mussels with sliced heirloom tomatoes and tasty baguette. The mussel cooking broth started with sautéed onion, sweet pepper, hot pepper flakes, and garlic, to which I added some leftover pork broth, beer, and water. I added the mussels to cook, then topped everything with parsley, salt, and pepper.
