California country boil
Soak clams in water and a pinch of cornstarch.
Combine 1qt water, 2 T salt, one stick butter, one pouch Zatarains boil seasoning, good pinch crushed red pepper.
Add above to a 2 gallon pot, cut and add new potatoes. Cover and bring to a rolling boil, I used the high output burner on my grill. Boil until potatoes are par cooked ~10mins add corn cobs split in half. Cook about 3 min. Add clams. Cook 4-5 mins (before clams have popped) add shell on prawns. Cook on high until clams are popped and shrimp just cooked through.
Dump pot onto a paper lined tray/table scatter with parsley and serve with lemon.
