In meantime, mix creme fraiche, Parmesan, minced clove of garlic (soak it in lemon juice & zest for 15mins, then add the juice-zest-garlic mixture to the mix), herbes de Provence & pepper. Butter puff pastry on bottom; add creme fraiche mixture; then add Zuke mixture... Butter/olive oil/bread crumb on top. Put in oven at 400 for 40mins & broil at end.
