End of summer fruit crisp! A mix of over- and underripe nectarines, pears, blackberries, strawberries, with a little sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Crisp topping: 1c flour, 1/2cup rolled oats, 1/2t salt, 1/4t baking powder, a sprinkle of cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and 1/2c butter. Mix, sprinkle over fruit, bake at 375F for 35-40 min!
