Clean and cook the fresh mussels,strain and keep the stock. Take the mussels out of their shells and put aside. Fry some bacon with shopped onions in butter, add up chopped celery, a leak in tiny slices, 1 or 2 potato in small cubes and steer well for a few minutes. Add up the mussel stock, some fish stock bring to the boil and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add up some cream corn and milk, salt and pepper. Add the mussels and cooked prawns to the stew a few minutes before serving and enjoy with a glass ( or 2) Sauvignon.
