Tofu vegetable soup:
- Made a quick veg stock using a vegetarian billion cube. Added a dash of sesame oil, a tablespoon of tamari and a teaspoon of minced garlic and let it simmer for a bit. Added 2 cups of shredded Brussels sprouts and chopped haricot vert and frozen edamame. Topped off with some baked tofu and a dash of more sesame oil.
