Had a little nub of filet mignon leftover from a dinner out so I sliced it thin, made a sauce of homemade yogurt, s&p, lemon juice and cumin and layers it on some water crackers with daikon radish sprouts I have growing on the counter and some sriracha. Perfect appetizer for a Friday night.
