Saturday breakfast spread! We had some salmon that needed to be used, so it functioned as lox without the smoke. Just grilled it skin-side down, topped with s+p + dill, and then flipped and added a bit of water and a pot lid to steam a bit.
Bagels, sliced cherry tomatoes, red onion, Italian parsley leaves, capers, pickled radish, and herbed goat cheese. Blueberries, pears, and mango. Using everything left in the fridge!
