Late summer pesto party with parsley and almonds! Pulse 1/2 cup unsalted almonds until ground into a food processor. Add in 1 clove garlic, about 2 cups flat leaf parsley and about 1/2 cup Parmesan. With machine running, add I about 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and process until smooth. Prepare pasta al dente according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup pasta water and drain. Toss pesto with warm pasta and did in pasta water to thin to desired consistency. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste! #ouritaliantable
