Cheesy French toast. The custard is eggs, milk, grated Parrano cheese, minced green onions, rosemary, and parsley, plus salt and pepper. I cooked it low, partially covered, to set the custard before the cheese burned. I topped it with diced tomatoes, green onions, and bacon.
