Chopped chicken liver. Made a vat of chicken stock this week. I ended up with a few chicken livers and rendered chicken fat after the stock was cooled. Picked up a pound of extra chicken livers and made this...ala Ina Garten's recipe with a few tweeks. Added some honey and scallions to the mixture. Then topped it with shredded hard boiled egg and pickled shallots.
