Shrimp tacos. Marinate a lb of shrimp in lime juice, olive oil, some fresh oregano, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic. Throw slaw together with lime juice, olive oil, sour cream, mayo and chipotle pepper, with a bit of agave for sweetness. Sauté some corn, jalapeños and a handful of chopped scallions. Serve with avocado, tomatoes and/or salsa.
