Sautéed onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and potatoes in EVOO in my pressure cooker. Added 1 cup of red lentils and 4 cups water. Added Maharajah Curry Spice blend from Penzeys. Put under pressure for 5 minutes and then let it sit until the pressure came down. Served over brown rice. Delicious daal-ish.
