Simple and delicious: bistro steak, seasoned with just salt, pepper, and chili powder, with cilantro mashed cauliflower (equal parts olive oil and butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, and fresh chopped cilantro). Yum!
Sure! I seasoned it with just salt, pepper, and chili powder, seared each side (I used a cast iron pan with just a bit of olive oil), then put in into the oven at about 400F for maybe 5 minutes, until it felt like it was done to where I wanted it. I let it rest for a few minutes when I pulled it out of the oven. I put a bit of butter in the pan when it was still hot from the oven to scrape up all the seasoning and crispy bits, and poured that over the top, too. Very simple, but so tasty.
