Roast carnival squash and mash for base. Sauté collard greens with heavy garlic and salt. Mix 1 lb ea. ground turkey and sweet Italian sausage with an egg, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, chili paste, Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Form into patties and cook, covered, on stovetop in medium high. Top with jack Daniels caramelized onions. Optional (not really): wash down with a bourbon stout.
