Mess of a broccolini with edamame. Got a hold of uncooked edamame in pods so blanched them with broccolini and green beans. Sprinkled salt and it sat while I stir fried the topping : mustard seed (heat until it pops), finely chopped onions, fistful of fresh curry leaves and dried chilies (the whole ones you see in the Chinese food section). Add back the greens, squirt fresh lime and voila! A flavorful brightly colored side dish. I've been making this for so long I'm not sure where the recipe came from but considering the heavy use of curry leaves, I'm guessing it's an Ottolenghi.
