Tuna sushi bowl : Came across great sushi grade tuna so made this dish (technically speaking I guess it's not sushi). Slice and marinate raw tuna in soy sauce and sake (rice wine) at ratio of 1:1 for 30+ min.
Cook brown rice, then mix in toasted sesame seeds. Salt to taste if necessary. Layer marinated tuna on top of rice mix, sprinkle with copious amount of chopped scallion.
