Sticky pulled pork ciabatta sandwiches with cabbage and apple slaw, avocado and rocket.

For the pulled pork:
Mix a quarter cup of barbecue sauce, half a teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp peanut oil, 2 cloves crushed garlic with 500g pork shoulder. Allow to marinade before slow-cooking. Fry red onions and add shredded pork to pan before setting aside to cool down.

For the slaw:
Combine shredded cabbage, green apple and Japanese-style mayonnaise. Add garlic, salt, lemon juice to taste.

Toast the ciabatta buns before assembling pulled pork and adding a reasonable amount of slaw and rocket.
