Dinner for one tonight and one of the best veggie plates I've ever made! Avocado, leftover steamed broccoli, sliced tomato with black pepper and fish sauce vinaigrette, arugula and spinach tossed with truffle olive oil and rice wine vinegar, and kimchi I got with this weeks produce share. I now love kimchi LOL! I got it because I bought a fermenting pot but wanted to taste what it's supposed to taste like before dabbling at it myself...soooo good :)
