Let 200g sago soak about 15 min until it double sized. Cover with half a litre of water and about half a cup of sugar. Let simmer for about 15m until the sago gets almost transparent. Add up 2 ripe bananas in slices, a third of a tin of sweet condensed milk and let another 5 min simmer while continually stirring. Finish with a good dash of Irish cream and serve warm or cold as you wish.
