Tuscan white bean soup with kale and sausage

Brown Italian sausage, add potato, onion, and carrot diced small to soften, add garlic kale and white beans as well as chicken stock and salt/pepper to taste, let simmer 45 minutes.

Drizzle bread slices with evoo and toast. Load on shredded Asiago and Gruyere and toast 'til golden and bubbly.
