Cream of Broccoli Soup

It's over 90 degrees in Southern California and I was craving soup. I sautéed a large shallot with garlic in olive oil added three heads of broccoli florets, used half water and sodium reduced chicken stock to cook until very tender. I used a stick emulsion blender to blend the broccoli and added S&P and heavy cream
