I had a fierce craving for meatballs today, which, as everyone knows, is a craving which must be answered. I made turkey and spinach meatballs adapted from a Bon Appetit recipe from a few years back. A nice hit of lemon zest and fennel seeds is the key here. Plus, they are super easy to make (you broil them on a sheet pan for 15 minutes or so, flipping every so often until done through). With pasta, a basic marinara, and some fresh parm, it's one of my favorite meals.
