I NEVER EVER have left over bread, but when I do... Panzanella!! Cubed baguette and set aside (you could dry it in the oven if needed..) Chopped two yellow peppers, a bunch of juicy heirloom tomatoes, and an English cucumber. Sliced a 1/4 of a red onion super thin. Add bread to vegetables and tossed with red wine vinaigrette (red wine vinegar, tablespoon oregano and cup olive oil) salt and pepper to taste. Best to let it sit for about 1/2 hour and toss occasionally so bread absorbs dressing. #notrecipes #notarecipe #salad #peppers #leftoverbread #panzanella
