Hazelnut Chocolate Chip cookies

Revision of Smitten Kitchen's revision of David Lebovitz

Use a cup of toasted hazelnut and 3/4 tsp salt (I know that sounds like a lot, but the hazelnut is sweet).

I like to bake for 25-28 minutes to give a crunchier bottom.
