Baked Eggs with Leeks & Goat Cheese for 2
2 leeks, sliced & sautéed
Good quality goat cheese
1 tsp cream, 1/2 & 1/2, milk
2 eggs
Layer Sautéed leeks, crumbled goat cheese (about 1 tbsp per rammikan)
Crack egg on top adding more goat cheese to taste, cream, salt & pepper
Bake 400* 10-12 mins. Serve immediately
*Eggs will continue to cook once removed from the oven
