This was a clean-out-the-fridge dinner. Sauté chard (or any green) with garlic and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. I threw in some leftover breakfast potatoes at the end until they were heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan, top with a fried (or poached) egg and serve with crusty bread! #putaneggonit #bowls
