Slow cooker pulled pork with homemade BBQ sauce on ciabatta bread.
You will need: a slow cooker & pork butt/shoulder
Season pork with Himalayan sea salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, honey Aleppo pepper, and 5 minced garlic cloves.
Cost slow cooker in oil (I used coconut oil, duck fat would be awesome too) or use a slow cooker bag.
Place seasoned pork shoulder/butt in slow cooker with 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
Cook the shoulder overnight on low.
Pour homemade BBQ sauce on in the morning and continue to cook on low until the bone can be easily removed
BBQ sauce (add to taste) and let it boil in a small pot until it tastes how you want it.

⁃ Apple cider vinegar
⁃ Brandy (optional)
