remember that tomatillo carrot hot sauce? well i poured a bunch of it into this home made chicken chili verde. blistered some more tomatillos, simmered and puréed them with carrots, onions, some garlic, lots of celery leaves, and cumin. then added potatoes, zucchini, and shredded thigh meat chicken. topped with a squirt of lemon. #wscsa #washingtonsquarecsa #greensoup!
