Greek yogurt with candied pecans and pomegranate arils. Make the pecans in a skillet by first heating up coconuts oil, then add the pecans and a combination of brown sugar, cinnamon, all-spice (because I didn't have any cardamom or nutmeg) and salt. Stir until the nuts are coated, then remove from the heat and add a couple spoonfuls of maple syrup. Stir and then let it harden on a piece of parchment paper.
