Finely chop and sauté one onion in a little olive oil. Add chopped bacon and spice it up a bit. I used a few pinches of steak rub. Add some chili paste (I used peppadew chutney) & a few bay leaves. Fry until some of the bits are crispy (or don't). Add 1 tin chopped tomatoes and a big pinch of oregano. Let it simmer for a while. Add the cooked pasta and let it cook for a minute or two whilst giving it all a good mix. Serve with Parmesan and enjoy.
