Step 1 : Chicken

• Fillet Chicken Leg and skinless
• Add garlic , lime zet , lime juice , salt and pepper
• Cover with plastic wrap in the fridge for 15 minutes
• Grilled the Chicken until caramelised
• Add Butter and put in the oven in 180 degree for 20 minutes covered with Aluminiun Foil and unfold the cover , in the oven for 15 minutes for for caramelised

Step 2 : Veggie

• Peel carrot ( sizs depend on you )
• Peel Orange

Step 3 : Sauce

• Add Butter , cooking oil , and bone chicken leg until caramelised
• Add garlic , onion , shallot , ginger , salt , pepper , bacon until caramelised
• Add Chicken Stock / Water about 500ml
• Braised until water reduce
• Reduce the braised to make the reduction sauce

Step 4 : Garnish


• Juliette the chili , and onion leaf , basil
