Great time for Butternut Squash! I halved the squash and placed each piece in the crock pot. It is stuffed with pork sausage seasoned with Greek seasoning. I put about 1/4 Cup of water in the bottom of the crockpot and poured about 1/4 maple syrup (to taste) on the squash. Cook on high for 3-4 hours until squash is tender. The biscuit is 2 cups Bisquick, 1 /2 cup Mountain Dew, 1/2 cup of sour cream. Placed in a 9x9 casserole dish with 1 stick melted butter on bottom. Cut into square shapes before baking. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden on top. Enjoy!
