Grilled Salmon with Broccoli and Potato Puree

Step 1 : Salmon

• Grilled Salmon ( 200gr ) on skin first for Crispy Skin about 6 minutes
• Glaise with Soy sauce , honey , BBQ sauce , salt and pepper
• oven for 15 minutes and glaised every 5 minutes in 180 degree

Step 2 : Potato Puree

• 600gr Potato Puree Boiled
• Mash it until soft
• add butter ( 20gr ) and heavy milk ( 50ml ) stir it until become puree
• Make sure there are no grains
• salt and pepper

Step 3 : Garnish

• 10gr red cabbage slice
• Salt and Pepper
