Dealt with my hungry pangs this morning with a 15 minute porridge oats! This porridge is rich in high anti-oxidants, anti-inflammation & vitamin C. Grab any 3 fruits from my fridge, slice em up, and microwave rolled oats with Chia seeds and almond for 3 mins.
