Apple Galette with Marzipan
Used pillsbury crust. Rolled a thin layer of marzipan on the bottom. Tossed Granny Smith apples with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 T flour, 1T lemon juice, 1/2 t almond extract. Baked at 425 for 15 min. Lowered temp to 375 and baked till done. Melted 1/2 c sugar till caramelized and dripped on top.
