Pan fried Pork Chops in a cast iron skillet enough to get a good glaze and burn ( not fully cooked through) marinated in white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, mustard and spices with garlic and dried cranberries. Removed from skillet, add butter to juices, toss apples and pears, cover with remaining marinade. Simmer 10 minutes, cover and put in a 350* oven until cooked.
