I can't stop making everything into a galette - I'm obsessed. This apple version is so simple: just sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar, dotted with butter and drizzled with honey on top of our go-to flaky pie crust. The secret that takes this from good to great? A quick brush with milk, then Turbinado sugar sprinkled liberally on the crust. Bake at 400-450 until golden.

Me too. I'm buying the crust at the market so just keep filling them. Last week I spread marzipan on the bottom and filled with apples!
