Dairy Free Stuffed Shells:

Cook your shells, make fresh tomato sauce, fill with cooked extra firm tofu, Italian seasoning, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped carrots, chopped celery, salt, pepper.

Heat all together in the oven and serve. SO GOOD!
