Vegetarian Shepard's Pie
Sauté 3 peeled carrots chopped, 8 oz mushrooms sliced, 1 cup frozen peas, 2 sticks of celery chopped, 1 yellow onion chopped, 3 cloves of garlic minced.
Season with paprika, salt, pepper
Add 1 cup water and 1.5 tablespoons flour.
Simmer until thickens
Put in baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, heat through in oven set on 400degrees
