Puff pastry apple roses...thinly slice a red apple with the skin on. Place in a bit of water and microwave about 2 min until soft but not mushy. Take a puff pastry sheet and cut into 4!strips long way. Brush each strip with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugarLay slices on the edge of pastry, fold the other side over creating an envelope and roll into a rose. Bake at 400 until golden brown. Sprinkle with some powdered sugar and enjoy!
