3 servings worth :
Boil 2 cups of penne pasta with salt .
While cooking enough green onion measured to 1/8 of a cup . Dice 2 1/2 mushrooms and 1 Roman tomato .
Put 14 medium sized shrimps on a bowl and add chili powder , pepper , and garlic salt . Amount is to your desire . In a pan put a spoonful of butter so it doesn't stick and cook the shrimp , stir every minute or so until desired .
In a separate pan sauté ? Sauté the green onion , mushroom , and onion together in oil . Add pepper and garlic salt .
Drain pasta and add ragu's " roasted garlic Parmesan " sauce .
Mix in the sautéed items and shrimp . Chop up some cilantro .
Serve on a plate with cilantro on top .
I have the mushrooms separated sue to my husband disliking mushrooms haha .
