I did some random slashing, and got some gnarled edges on these guys. 73% whole wheat, 95% hydration. Stretched the first couple on the countertop and finished the bulk ferment overnight. Shaped and proofed overnight as well. Got a great tang on this one 👍👍🍞🍞 #bread #breadbaking #breadfromscratch #sourdough
