Slow cooked the ribs, carrots and onion in beer and barbecue sauce and then finished ribs in oven to caramelize the sauce a little and served with garlic toast and parm zucchini crisps that got super extra crispy but were still delish! Doing it again I would have roasted the carrots in the oven too.
