Made a very fall sweet potato chili Sunday then used it on Monday to top quartered and roasted pumpkin. The fall chili involved onions, garlic, sweet potato, cabbage (just a little-I had a small hunk to use up so hid it here 😜), molasses, beans, cumin, coriander, celery seed, chili powder, cinnamon. The pumpkin was simply quartered, brushed with butter and salted and baked for about 45 minutes in a baking dish with a little water and a cinnamon stick. I took the skin off after they cooled.
